Terms and Conditions
Purpose
These terms govern direct bookings for a stay at Charme Suite Deluxe or Charme Apartment, Via Benedetto Saputo 86, 90049 Terrasini (PA), Italy, operated by Giuseppe Trupiano. Tax details are available on request.
Booking and confirmation
The booking is confirmed once payment is completed through the booking engine (credit card or PayPal) or, on request, by bank transfer. The guest receives a confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp with the stay details.
Prices and payment
Prices shown at the time of booking include VAT where applicable and carry no intermediary commission, as this is a direct booking. Payment is made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the property.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, with a full refund. For cancellations after this deadline, 100% of the amount paid will be retained. In case of no-show without prior notice, the full amount is non-refundable.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is by 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. For arrivals or departures outside these hours, please contact the property in advance on WhatsApp to arrange a solution. A valid ID is required at check-in for every guest, as required by public safety regulations.
House rules
Please respect the space and the neighbours: quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, no parties or events unless agreed in advance, smoking only in outdoor areas (veranda/balcony). Any damage found will be charged to the responsible guest.
Liability
The property is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged during the stay, nor for events beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather conditions, third-party service disruptions).
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to mandatory consumer protection rules and, in all other cases, to the competent court provided by Italian law.
